Welcome to the PJ's Insane Media Web Design Gallery page:

Web Design is something I don't market as a skill due in large part to the fact that I don't have a great deal of experience with it; that being said, "I know enough to be dangerous" (as they say) having learned to use Adobe Dreamweaver as part of my degree in Multimedia Design. So, I have designed and assembled three complete web sites and I present them to you here:

Terra Vilica:

www.terravilica.org - Someone whom I've been friends with for nearly 25 years started a business working with greenhouses, focusing on sustainability and communities so they might be more self-sustaining.

He started this company and asked if I could build his web site for him. The result is pretty awesome! (I also produced the animated video on his AWG (atmospheric water generator) page. I also designed their company logo!

Boweivel Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance :

www.boweivel.com - A Neighbor and friend of mine, whom I've known since we moved into the neighborhood in July of `98, James Wimbish is an amazing guy to know and really knows his stuff!

He has started becoming a regular choice by local real estate agencies who want their properties to look exceptional for going on the market. Check out his work by clicking on any of the responsive photo galleries on his site.

I also designed his business cards which look like this:

Side one of Boweivel's business card   Side two of Boweivel's business card

PJ's Insane Media:

"YOU ARE HERE" - The design style of the site you see before you is one that came about after two full web site designs were realized, then rejected by me. I was seriously displeased with bland backgrounds, commonly placed frames, a vertical scrolling clone (like Wix provides) and boring old navigation methods.

I really wanted to emphasize my love for color, geometry and an uncommon navigation experience. As I learn more about coding using tools like JScripting, I will be updating the functionality of this site, and eventually get into more interactive multimedia as it becomes developed.
